Painting Change in Baltimore

November 5, 2010

It only takes four letters to inspire change within a community. At least, according to one Charm City artist.

He and two other local artists revived iconic characters and figures on buildings and city walls as a form of creative expression. Murals, arguably the oldest human art form, bring art to the public and create an impact on passers-by. Whether by stamping Tracy Turnblad or Bob Marley on a wall, these artists have something to say to Baltimore, and murals are their means of communication.
